Why I Designed a Smarter Way to Travel With Wigs

Wigs are a big part of my routine—and for many, they’re part of daily life, performance, or self-expression. But I noticed there was never a good way to pack them, style them, or keep them protected while traveling. I used to juggle plastic bags, wig heads, random boxes, and hotel counters. Nothing worked. It was frustrating to unload everything just to feel halfway ready. That’s when I knew I needed a better system, something that felt built for real life—not just storage.

I designed UELLE with that experience in mind. I thought about what I needed when I was backstage, in a bathroom, or on the go: quick setup, clear access, and a way to feel prepared. The fold-out shelf and hanging features aren’t just design choices—they’re solutions to real challenges I faced every day. With the detachable mirror, compartments, and lightweight design, this bag became something that works with me—not against me.
